Julie brings over 20 years of experience as both in-house counsel and in private practice.  Currently completing her EMBA at Queen’s University’s Smith School of Business at Queen’s University, she combines legal expertise with business acumen to deliver solutions that are both strategic and practical.  Julie advises senior leaders and Boards on a wide range of compliance, privacy, regulatory, ESG, employment, and governance matters.
